"Great welcome and all the kit fitted and worked. Not too crowded and the girls (14yr old birthday party for 7) had a great time. No probs splitting into 2 teams - think it made it more fun. Tea & coffee on tap all day. Suggestion that water fountain/jugs be added to all day availability. Safety was good - the girls got some bruises but this was expected and made clear in the blurb (I think they were quite proud of them!) We'd have liked a warm room for parents to wait in during the day - and some heat in the loos. They forgot it was my daughter's birthday so she didn't get the free lives etc during the game we expected but she did win best player so I think that gave her recognition. Very embarrassing rendition of Happy Birthday from everyone playing - which we and her friends loved of course! Important to note that the 'reservation' fee paid online is not your biggest cost. The girls got through 250 balls/round and there are 3 rounds. You pay for balls on the day and they're not cheap. Would have given it a 4.5 but no option for that, Thank you for a memorable and great fun party day! "
