"It was well sign posted I thought the setup was good, in a larger area than I had expected The scenarios and layout were fun I liked the giving of hero of the game, ultimate warrior etc which added interest The Marshalls were helpful and not to strict and entered into the spirit of the day which was good There were lots of games, the form said a minimum of 8 games and we got 10 which was excellent but tiring!" "When we arrived the four of us were a little apprehensive of what to expect having heard all the stories regarding how much those little paintballs hurt when the hit you. This wasn't helped when a group of boisterous young lads arrived with what seemed to be the sole aim of "killing" each other. The rest of the groups were made up of a few youngsters, some girls, some seasoned paintballers, another works group of lads and us oldies. Our fears were short lived once we donned our coveralls and safety gear, split into teams and got underway. It became one team against another irrespective of who you were and you did your bit to win the game for your side (which we did). After the first game everyone was chatting to each other as if they were old friends recalling how many people they had shot (must have been about 2000 people on each team with the amount of kills we all had!). To sum up by the end of the games we were knackered but had had a very enjoyable experience with one of our guys even getting a certificate (although posthumously) for storming the castle. We will be going again forearmed with our new experience. Oh and yes they do hurt when they hit you but wear loose layers and its not too bad." "
