On a totally open playing surface there is just inflatable barricades between you and the opposition. This is the fastest way to experience paintball; aggression is the key if you expect to win. This is the complete opposite of paintballing in the woods but equally as intense and enjoyable. Experience competition Paintball in Bournemouth!

Vietcong Village – Bournemouth - Dorset
There is nothing more unique than playing paintball in a village environment, yet Bournemouth offers it with a twist! A fully themed Vietcong Village awaits to test your skill. The huts and barricades will test your paintball ability to the maximum as you stealthily traverse the obstacles on the hunt for the Viet Cong enemy.

Chicken Run – Bournemouth - Dorset
A central pathway awaits you on this paintball field, with heavy woodland either side it is a clear path through. The easiest route is not always the best though, do you want to play sneaky paintball and work your way through the undergrowth or take on the enemy head on? It would take anything but a chicken to triumph on this field!

The Plateau – Bournemouth - Dorset
The Bournemouth woodland offers a unique backdrop to some serious paintball action. As you advance through the forest keep your eyes out for any sign of movement. An eagle eye is needed to distinguish camouflage from the leaves. Tree’s, hedges and undergrowth offer some protection against the oppositions paintballs but will you get them before they get you?

Bournemouth

When travelling to the Bournemouth paintball venue I found it very easy due to the amount of public transport in the surrounding area. The paintballing site was well marked out with signposts. Entrance to the paintballing site was very easy due to the paths created and signposts marking the way. Upon arriving on site I was directed by one of the Bournemouth members of staff. I was then given a disclaimer to sign which proved to be no hassle. I was then directed to the paintball equipment that I gathered and put on with ease. All the paintballers were then gathered for a safety talk. After the safety talk all the paintballers were divided into equal looking teams. The Bournemouth staff then directed us to the paintball gun rack where we picked a gun for the whole day, these guns proved to be very reliable, I did not have any trouble with mine the whole day. The Bournemouth marshals then lead us out to the first scenario where we took turns in defending and attacking. After this paintballing fight we then went back to base camp quickly for drinks and to mark down the winning paintballers scores on a board. We then moved out to the next couple of paintball games and did the same. During the lunch break at Bournemouth we were able to purchase more paintballs, food and smoke grenades if wanted. After our break we then went out again and did the same until the end of the day. After the winners were announced, we gave back all our paintballing equipment and returned the way we came, with Bournemouth members of staff giving directions all the while. Over all this was a very fun paintball experience that I would defiantly recommend.
