CASTLE

WW1
Paintball in Barnet is well known for its signature field the WW1 Battle ground. This is as close to the Somme as your ever likely to get with trenches fox holes and sand bagged bunkers protecting the paintballers from incoming rounds. The objective of the game is too mover across the wasteland and capture the enemy flag. There is a whole team of paintballers that are trying to stop you though. There are blind corners and dark holes that could be hiding the opposition tread carefully but move quickly on the great field at paintball Barnett.

Castle
Barnet didn’t have a medieval castle until this paintball site constructed one. There is a stronghold for the team to defend but rather than being armed with bows and arrows they have paintball markers for protection. The attacking team need to lay down some heavy paintball fire to have any chance of winning this game. Fire and move as you attempt to no get hit and take out the defenders. Eliminate them all to take the castle.

Village

Barnet has a urban village field constructed deep in their woodlands. Huts and barricades are litered out as far as the eye can see but which one’s contain paintballers and which ones are safe for hiding. You must clear out each hut with your paintball gun to be sure its empty. New players can fire paintballs from afar but seasoned vet’s can get up close and personal with some door to door combat. Paintballs will be flying everywhere on this great paintball in Barnett.

Barnet Venue Review

After recently visiting the Barnet paintball site I found my journey there was easy due to the amount of public transport available and the well described directions I was given by the paintball site. The paintballing site was clearly marked out so there was no problems in finding where to go to get to the safe camp. If there was any trouble there was also a member of Barnet paintball staff to help with any enquiries. Everyone was then given their paintballing equipment and gathered for a safety briefing. We were then given our paintball guns and lead to the first field. After going with separate marshals to each end of the fields we then began our first match. The scenarios at Barnet were imaginative and well thought out to provide an incredible paintballing experience. After every match we then went back to the safety camp and the scores were written up on Barnet scoreboard so we could see what teams were in the lead. Free drinks were available at this point when we took a break. There was also a large selection of different foods available to purchase, including vegetarian options. There was also an area for purchasing more paintballs, smoke grenades and paintball grenades to give a more varied paintballing fight. After the day was complete and the winning team was announced, the Barnet staff were very professional by awarded the winning team with champagne and then showed us how to leave the easiest way possible. This was a great day out and one of the best paintballing experiences I have ever had.
