"My son's party had a great time and really enjoyed their day. The staff were professional and it was generally well run, although the children were given some incorrect equipment at first, which was then rectified. However, I thought it was misleading to advertise junior paintball, as the children were in with the adults, whereas the impression given on the website was that there would be separate paintball for 10-15 year-olds. I raised this on the day, and was reassured that they would be sufficiently supervised by the marshals. In the event it was fine. "

"Seeking an engaging experience for the lad who suggested Paintball as an outlet Saturday afternoon, I called the central enquiry number and spoke with Luis who explained that it would be fine for the two of us to play, but that the afternoon session had already started and it would not be possible to join a session midway. However, he said he would call the local venue and find out if there was a session we could join the next day. Luis called back, as promised once he had spoken to them, and confirmed we could join in, so we made the booking over the phone. I received email confirmations both after my initial call with Luis, and after the callback with the booking confirmation. I also received details about what to expect and how to prepare, which gave us peace of mind. The people running the Paintball session were all very welcoming and very accommodating, especially helping the lad who has autistic traits. The individual games were great fun and well supervised. The other players were all friendly and entered into the spirit. A throughly wonderful experience. Yes, paintballs do sting on contact but it’s all part of the exhilaration! Thank you to Luis for so patiently helping arrange it and the team at the Bristol area venue for equally patiently helping to make it such an enjoyable and memorable experience."

"We hired the facilities as an end of season blast for our U12's football team. The boys and their coaches had an absolutely brilliant time. The boys and coaches were buzzing throughout and had a fantastic time. The staff were all very helpful and met the needs of everyone, including the parents who were sat waiting. I'm sure we will be back again and next time even some of the parents will want to take part. It'll be their way of being able to legally shoot their kids.....!!!! Thank you all once again for a brilliant day."
