"Booking was very easy and the staff were extremely helpful with information and flexing numbers. We received a detailed text a couple of days prior with directions. It would have been useful to have got this a couple of days earlier for planning purposes. The onsite staff were knowledgeable, friendly and great with the kids (eleven 13-year olds and one adult). The instruction began on time and the games also began on time. One child had an almost healed fractured shoulder and they carefully assessed him and advised against playing - we were impressed that they spent time discussing and trying out the gun. Safety is taken very seriously. As kids they were quite trigger happy and so needed a top up of paintballs. We made as well have gone for the 500 each to start with. The more careful adult with some shooting experience didn't need more than 300. The woods were quite chilly despite being a mild day so spectators would benefit from some extra layers. The kit was clean and there was plenty for everyone. Games were enjoyed by most of our party. 3 kids sat out the last game - it just wasn't their thing, so would be useful to bring something for them to do. There is more or less no phone reception at the North London site. My only actual gripe is that there was no water for handwashing. Accept there's no running water on site, so really antibac should be provided. Participants will get filthy hands. Staff provided a bowl of warm water on request so did what they could. If you are eating afterwards, make sure you bring wipes and antibac. All in all, a very successful and enjoyable day - thank you."
