"Can't fault the whole experience from making the initial booking to the actual event on the day. Initially booked our group and spoke to Luis. He was really informative, polite and helpful and even took the trouble to call me back on one query I had. On the day, Mark, Ben and Kiera were all really accommodating and ensured the day was an enjoyable one. I was particularly impressed with Mark, ably assisted at times by Ben. Mark delivered a really excellent safety session. He was extremely thorough and serious about the safety instructions whilst at the same time, making sure all participants were engaged and listening to what he was saying, but also adding a bit if fun into his instructions. He also demonstrated the use of flares in a safe way and ensured we all knew the potential hazards of what could go wrong if we didn't follow the guidance. A really excellent delivery and gave me comfort that my lads would be safe when they entered the paintballing arena! All in all, a great experience and will definitely be going back in future. "
