"Firstly, the initial telephone call and enquiry and subsequent emails all handled by Luke, was simply outstanding! Super friendly and professional and one of the most wonderfully handled bookings I've experienced in a very, very long time. Please pass our immense gratitude on to Luke for his outstanding service. Our party of 15 had the best day out ever! It was our son's 10th and he invited his friends and their dads, his big sister and a few other friends of the family and 2x fierce mums! Everything was smooth enough throughout the day, however, we do have a few comments, if you're interested in constructive feedback; - we thought we had booked our own junior paintball session, however, we were initially split up with around 40 other people mainly large scary men! This was not what we had anticipated at all and didn't see the fun in strange grown men firing at our 10 year olds or teenage girls!! We somehow managed to avoid that huge group and were paired with a group of girls that had one game left to play after which we did our own games the rest of the session, so all was good in the end. - Natalia ran our sessions and was super helpful and accommodating throughout all the sessions! please extend our immense appreciation to Natalia for everything she did to make our day so brilliant! - the safety briefing was alarming to say the least and was not factoring in the audience... to give graphic details of eyeballs coming out if you take the helmet off if hit, to referencing suicide was not appropriate for the youngsters. Also, advising to aim for the head and people not trees was right but not great as the helmets did not fully cover the whole head, leaving the top, and back exposed to hits. - we were also told that next time we should book straight with the company as it would be cheaper than via UK Paintball - Our overall experience is that we had the best day we could have ever imagined and great fun and photos to cherish for a very long time. our bruises are still healing but the memories will last forever ;) I hope this helps, best wishes the healies & co "

"Best paintball centre I've been too. Accomodating, friendly, great game modes and very professional. Went as part of a stag/hen group, put on a special game for us and sent a free banana suit for the stag. Thanks for a great morning."
