"Staff were really good and had a laugh "

"This was a great experience and fun activity for my son's 10th birthday with his friends. Kids really enjoyed paintball game. Registering, safety briefing, different stages of the game were explained very clearly so we knew when the kids will go into the safe zone and when they will be coming out for breaks. There was free hot coffee/team for the waiting famility and friends. In terms of the general facilities some improvements required - there were just two toilets and they were not in good condition, also literally no facilities to clean shoes/boots, hands at the end of the game so kids end up with dirty hands, shoes.
Positives:
- Supervised paintball gaming
- Great staff, ready to help
- Good location
Points to improve:
- Facilities i.e. Toilets, Taps to wash at the end of the game
- Paintball packages were really costly - all the parents felt the same"

"We throughly enjoyed the day, The only downside was the cost of the paintballs as I was paying for 9 people it cost a lot more money than I had anticipated. As I was led to believe they needed 300 to 400 each and they ended up using near double this amount in less than two hours.should have offers on line to purchase large amounts for groups "

"We booked Paintball Raiders for my son’s 18th. Luis the booking agent at UK Paintball was really helpful. He explained everything clearly and followed up with some phone calls to check everything was okay. It was no problem adding additional people. We split into 2 groups red and blue and began the games. It was well organised with clear instructions from the Marshalls. Breaks were built in after every game for a well earned rest and drink. They have refreshments there but you can take your own. There’s a rest area for family or friends but for safety reasons you can’t see any of the action. We all really enjoyed it and I can thoroughly recommend this place. Good value for money and well organised. "
