"Easy booking process. Good communication via email, however lack of information given as when the party arrived they were asled for their 'forms' and asked had they watched the online video before arriving. Time wasted upon arrival to complete these tasks so could have been forwarned or sent the waiver forms in advance to complete. Actual experience of the half day itself was good for the boys. 5 adults & 4 kids for my son's birthday, all came away having had an amazing time."
